Election Conspiracy?

The government of the United States is hopelessly corrupt.

Written by Lawrence Sellin

Americans are no longer citizens of a republic, but subjects of a reigning oligarchy composed of self-serving politicians, who are subservient to international financiers and enabled by a dishonest and partisan press.

The oligarchy operates the government as a “kleptocracy,”which exists to increase the personal wealth and political power of its officials and the ruling class at the expense of the wider population with no longer any pretense of honest public service. It is a government of thieves, where politicians and bureaucrats exploit their posts for personal gain with ever-increasing budget deficits. Through legislation and executive orders, the oligarchy then shifts the burden for debt repayment onto ordinary working people and absolves itself of any responsibility for creating the liability in the first place.

The oligarchy maintains a vice-grip on power by adjusting the levers of government, subverting the electoral process and using the mainstream media to manipulate public perception and opinion.

The outcome of the 2012 Presidential election was determined by massive voter fraud. This was done in two ways (1) illegal voters and (2) erasing votes.

Here are only a few of the hundreds of nationwide claims of voter fraud.

Barack Obama won St. Lucie County, Florida, which had 141.1% voter turnout. That is, out of 175,554 registered voters, 247,713 votes were cast.

It was estimated that more than 20% of registered Ohio voters weren’t eligible. According to authorities, in two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeded the voting-age population.  The report said, in 31 other counties, registrations were above 90 percent of the population, “a rate regarded as unrealistic by most voting experts.”

In pivotal Wood County, Ohio, which Obama won, 106,258 people were registered to vote out of an eligible 98,213.

In 21 of the 1,022 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, the statistically impossible happened. Barack Obama beat Mitt Romney by 5,978 to zero. Even third party and write-in candidates got more votes than Romney. In 202 precincts Obama tallied 95% of the vote and in 20 precincts he received over 99%. Furthermore, the average number of voters per precinct decreased by more than half as you move from precincts where Obama won less than 50% of the vote (714) to those where he won 95% (356). In precincts where Romney received zero votes, the average number of voters was 288. These data suggest that Romney votes were being systematically erased.

The same type of voting pattern was reported in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where in 59 precincts Mitt Romney got zero votes. It is also a statistical improbability that out of 19,605 votes, not even one vote was cast in error for Romney.

Obama also received 99% of the vote in some precincts in Broward County, Florida.

In addition, thousands of votes from members of the military, who were believed to be mostly Romney supporters, went uncounted or missing.

Does anyone detect a pattern?

Even though Obama received 10 million fewer votes in 2012 than he did in 2008, the Democrats were able to win where it mattered. Romney got 2.8 million fewer votes than Republican Presidential candidate John McCain received in 2008, despite indications that the Obama opposition was far more energized in 2012.

In the face of numerous signs and symptoms of a stolen election, there is no investigation. There is only silence.

The Republican Party is dead or should be.

There is a report claiming that he Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in 1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud.

If there is no guarantee of election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny.

The conventional wisdom on the Republican side, however, was best reflected in an editorial “You Think Obama Stole the Election? Then Read This,” which appeared in the for-profit blog Red State. Without providing any data whatsoever, the author declared that there wasn’t “enough” voter fraud to affect the outcome of the Presidential election and anyone who questioned that conclusion was a conspiracy theorist similar to those who believed the 9/11 attack was an inside job. Red State plans to ban anyone from their site who disagrees with them.

That is the type of response from those who have some vested interest in maintaining the status quo, usually financial.

So, just how much voter fraud is “enough” and how should honest citizens respond?

That question was answered by ordinary Americans during the “Battle of Athens” in August 1946.

In McMinn County, Tennessee, a wealthy family, the Cantrells, had taken control of the county political machine in the 1930’s. Paul Cantrell was elected county sheriff in 1936, 1938 and 1940. In 1942 and 1944, he was elected to the state senate, while his chief deputy, Pat Mansfield, was elected county sheriff.

The U.S. Department of Justice received complaints from county citizens of electoral fraud in the 1940, 1942 and the 1944 elections. The complaints went unanswered. Deputies commonly accepted bribes, intimidated voters, tampered with ballot boxes, and began physically assaulting those who spoke out. The sheriff’s department falsely ticketed and arrested individuals to obtain money for personal and political purposes. Local political bosses were just as corrupt.

World War II veterans returning to their home county were outraged by the tyrannical establishment. During the 1946 election, veterans fielded their own non-partisan candidates and attempted to have a fraud-free election. Paul Cantrell was again running for sheriff, while the current sheriff, Pat Mansfield, sought the state senate seat.

On August 1, 1946, Election Day, Sheriff Mansfield brought in 200 “deputies” to detain and beat up the veterans, who were acting as poll-watchers to ensure a fair and legal vote. In addition, they took the ballot boxes to the jailhouse to count the votes privately. Taking the ballot boxes constituted a violation of Tennessee law, as ballots must be counted in full view of the voting public.

After one poll-watcher was shot by a “deputy,” while trying to stop confiscation of the ballot boxes, enraged veterans armed themselves and sought to obtain the ballot boxes to prevent voter fraud and stop government tyranny.

A firefight at the jailhouse ensued and the veteran blew up the jailhouse door with dynamite to get the ballot boxes.

In a fair count, the veteran electoral candidates were victorious over the deeply entrenched and corrupt political machine. The rule of law was restored to McMinn County, Tennessee. The veterans were never prosecuted for their armed resistance to government tyranny.

The voter fraud and government tyranny that occurred in McMinn County is now happening across the country. Complaints to law enforcement officials are going unanswered.

In the United States today, there are no fair elections, there is no rule of law, there is no means to petition elected officials or courts for the redress of grievances and there is no free press to challenge governmental abuse.

Like the World War II veterans of McMinn County, Tennessee, the government is forcing one remaining option on the citizens – rebellion to restore Constitutional government and the rule of law.

The 400,000 Votes That Tipped the Election

Nov 12, 2012 12:35 PM EST

Broad trends and the national political undertow can't be adequately captured in any single statistic -- but if Mitt Romney had managed to push the electorate in a handful of states a few clicks in his direction, he'd be the president-elect, rather than an also-ran.  Via Jim Geragthy:

Florida: 73,858

Ohio: 103,481

Virginia: 115,910

Colorado: 113,099

Those four states, with a collective margin of, 406,348 for Obama, add up to 69 electoral votes. Had Romney won 407,000 or so additional votes in the right proportion in those states, he would have 275 electoral votes.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda speculation is a useless exercise at this stage; the fact remains that Romney didn't.  But these numbers also demonstrate how a campaign's granular-level decisions about priorities -- how it allocates time and resources, etc -- really can impact the trajectory of an entire nation.  As
I reported on Friday, the Romney campaign's internal polling wrongly indicated that three of the four states listed above were relatively safely in the Republican's column.  Their resulting moves in Nevada, Pennsylvania and elsewhere may have gained some aggregate votes (President Obama's victory margin was slashed in every single swing state -- considerably, in most cases), but allowed the Obama camp's turnout machine to clinch things in the core battleground states.  Then again, before conservatives start chalking up the loss to just 407,000 votes, the national vote wasn't particularly close.  Obama's margins in these four states are a product of the larger trend.  As of this writing, with some votes still being tabulated, Obama has just eclipsed 62 million popular votes (51 percent); Romney sits at roughly 59 million votes (48 percent).  Sean Trende sees these results as contributing to something of a "Bizarro 2004" election:

One of the more intriguing narratives for election 2012 was proposed by political scientist Brendan Nyhan fairly early on: that it was "Bizarro 2004." The parallels to that year certainly were eerie: An incumbent adored by his base but with middling approval ratings nationally faces off against an uncharismatic, wishy-washy official from Massachusetts. The race is tight during the summer until the president breaks open a significant lead after his convention. Then, after a tepid first debate for the incumbent, the contest tightens, bringing the opposition tantalizingly close to a win, but not quite close enough.

In 2004, President Bush won
51 percent of the popular vote to John Kerry's 48 percent.  In that cycle, Republicans made unexpected gains in the Senate to build a 55-45 majority, while control of the House didn't change.  Following Tuesday's elections, Democrats will hold a 55-45 Senate majority, and control of the House won't change (unlike '04, this result will guarantee divided government).  Obama has received seven million fewer votes in 2012 than he did 2008, and his electoral vote tally also fell by 26 votes.  Obama is the first president in US history to win re-election despite (a) winning fewer electoral votes, (b) a diminished popular vote total, and (c) a lower aggregate vote nationwide.  In 2004, Democrats' rallying cry was "51 percent isn't a mandate."  They fought Bush and the Republicans tooth and nail, and ultimately benefited in subsequent elections.  Will similar obstinance redound to the GOP's benefit?  Perhaps, although their demographic challenges are serious.  Republicans have an even stronger case that Obama has no mandate.  Unlike Bush, his vote totals and margins decreased compared to his first election, he didn't run on any concrete agenda, and voters returned Republicans to a double-digit advantage in the House of Representatives.  Will Obama try to claim a mandate?  Signals are mixed thus far (this piece is helpful on this point).  Plus, Republicans are already making conciliatory noises about compromising on the fiscal cliff and immigration reform.  Purely from the perspective of political science, 2013 will be a fascinating year.

22 Signs That Voter Fraud Is Wildly Out Of Control And The Election Was A Sham

By Michael, on November 13th, 2012

After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again?  There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes.  In several of the swing states there were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin.  How in the world does that happen?  Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions.  Of course the Romney campaign has already totally given up, so it isn’t as if there is any chance that the results of the presidential election could be overturned anyhow.  But if massive election fraud did take place and nobody is held accountable, what kind of message will that send for the future?  Will we ever be able to have faith in the integrity of our elections ever again?

The following are 22 signs that voter fraud is wildly out of control and the election was a sham…

#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM Eastern time on election day.

#2 There were 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia where Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote.  In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney.

#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent.  But in the areas of Philadelphia where Republican poll watchers were illegally removed, the voter turnout rate was over 90% and Obama received over 99% of the vote.  Officials in Philadelphia have already ruled out an investigation.

#4 According to WND, one poll watcher in Pennsylvania actually claims that he witnessed voting machine software repeatedly switch votes from Mitt Romney to Barack Obama…

It was in Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., where an auditor, Robert Ashcroft, was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the vote on Election Day. He said the software he observed would “change the selection back to default – to Obama.”

He said that happened in about 5 percent to 10 percent of the votes.

He said the changes appeared to have been made by a software program.

Ashcroft said the format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to default.

#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas.

#6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of the 50 wards in the city of Chicago.

#7 Prior to the election, voters in the states of Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio all reported that voting machines were switching their votes for Romney over to Obama.

#8 There were more than 50 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Mitt Romney received 2 votes or less.

#9 There were more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Barack Obama received more than 99 times the votes that Mitt Romney did.

#10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida.

#11 Wood County, Ohio (which Obama won) has a voting age population of 98,213, but somehow 106,258 voters were registered to vote on election day.

#12 Ten counties in the swing state of Colorado have a voter registration rate of more than 100%.

#13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely requires a photo I.D. in order to vote.

#14 In Ohio, two election judges were caught allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots.

#15 Many Ohio voters that showed up at the polls on election day were surprised when they were informed that they had already voted.

#16 In fact, there were reports all over the nation of people being unable to vote because records showed that they had already voted.

#17 According to U.S. Representative Allen West, there were numerous “voting irregularities” in St. Lucie County, Florida on election day…

“The thing that spurred our curiosity in our race was the fact that at 1 o’clock in the morning on Election Night, all of a sudden there was a 4,000-vote swing that took me from being ahead to put the lead into my opponent’s hands.”

#18 In Wisconsin, there were allegations that Obama voters were actually being bussed in from out of state

The Democrats stationed a self described “BIG Chicago pro bono attorney” as one of their two observers at this small polling place. He remained at the polling place from 7:00 a.m. until well after 8:p.m. …..A high priced CHICAGO attorney, sitting in a Sheboygan WISCONSIN polling place, observing wards comprised of 1500 voters? …. WHY???
Why would someone from Chicago be observing in Sheboygan Wisconsin? And WHY at such a small polling place? Finally, isn’t it interesting that this would occur at the VERY polling place in which all of the above described events ALSO occurred? AGAIN WHY WOULD A CHICAGO ATTORNEY BE OBSERVING AN ELECTION POLLING PLACE WITH FEWER THAN 1500 VOTERS IN IT, IN SHEBOYGAN WISCONSIN? Of all the places where there has been suspected voting irregularities, and OUTRIGHT FRAUD throughout the ENTIRE United States, WHY HERE? WHY SHEBOYGAN? WHY THIS SMALL WARD?

This lawyer spent the day running in and out making, and taking calls, which coincidentally then coincided with influxes of groups of individuals by the van and bus loads, coming in to register, AND VOTE, using what appeared to be copied Allient energy bills. These individuals often did not have photo I.D.’s, could not remember their own addresses without looking at the paper, and became easily tripped, confused and annoyed when questioned.

Many of these same individuals, just so happened to be dressed in/wearing CHICAGO BEARS apparel, and whom openly discussed “catching busses back to Chicago” with each other, with poll workers, via their cell phones in the lobby area just outside the polling place, as well as in the parking lot, both before and AFTER registering and voting.

One woman was dressed head to toe in CHICAGO BEARS apparel including perfectly manicured BEARS fake fingernails!

She complained because registering was taking too long and she had to hurry up to catch her bus back to Chicago.

We have photos of these people in vehicles with plates from different states, photos of them leaving the polls, and other irregularities.

#19 Prior to election day, an Obama for America staffer was caught on video trying to help someone register to vote in more than one state.

#20 It is being alleged that unions in Nevada have been registering illegal immigrants and pressuring them to vote.

#21 According to townhall.com, there was a systematic effort by the Obama campaign to suppress the military vote because they knew that most military votes would go against Obama…

Aiding Obama’s win was a devious suppression of the conservative vote. The conservative-leaning military vote has decreased drastically since 2010 due to the so-called Military Voter Protection Act that was enacted into law the year before. It has made it so difficult for overseas military personnel to obtain absentee ballots that in Virginia and Ohio there has been a 70% decrease in requests for ballots since 2008. In Virginia, almost 30,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots than in 2008. In Ohio, more than 20,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots. This is significant considering Obama won in both states by a little over 100,000 votes.

#22 According to the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, it appears that thousands of military votes from this election will never be counted at all.

So what do you think about all of this?

Do you still believe that elections in America are fair and honest?

Military Vote Missing This Election — Including In Big Swing States

A new report finds many military members and their spouses aren't exercising their right to vote this election, with the low number of absentee ballot requests on track to make 2012 a record low for the military vote.
The Military Voter Protection Project found that absentee ballot requests by the military dropped significantly since 2008, including in big swing states. As of Sept. 22, requests were down 46 percent in Florida, 70 percent in Virginia, and 70 percent in Ohio. A similar drop occurred in non-battleground states like Alaska and North Carolina.
"These are lowest numbers we've seen in the last decade," Eric Eversole, founder and executive director of the project, tells Whispers. "There are a number of factors that go into this, but if the Pentagon was doing what it was supposed to be, this would be a non-issue."[RELATED: Romney Seeks Extended Deadline for Overseas Voters]

Eversole is talking about the Pentagon's Federal Voting Assistance Program, which is tasked with helping military members vote.

Under the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (or MOVE Act), which was signed into law in 2009, the FVAP is supposed to assist service members with voting on military installations. This includes providing military members with voter information forms when they check in to a duty station, similar to the "motor voter" programs civilians see at DMV offices.

But a U.S. Department of Defense Inspector General report released in August found that FVAP hadn't set up those voter assistance offices—in part because of funding problems, but also because of resistance from the Department of Defense. After the report came out, Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn wrote a letter to Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta demanding better voter assistance for the troops.

[POLL: Veterans Support Romney Over Obama]

FVAP did not immediately respond to request for comment from Whispers.
But Eversole says "cultural hurdles" are also a factor in the missing military vote.
"There is this idea that service members should stay out of the political process or America will not trust you," he says.

In June, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey wrote on his blog that he believed it was important to have an apolitical military. "We must understand why our military as a profession embraces political neutrality as a core value," he wrote, saying neutrality was essential to keeping the trust of the American people.

[SURVEY: Majority of Voters Favor Defense Cuts]

Cornyn had something to say about this, too, writing a letter to Dempsey that questioned his comments and urged him to issue a public statement encouraging the military to vote.
"I shook my head at this," says Eversole of Dempsey's comments. "Service members must participate in the democratic process they work to defend."
Update, 5:08 p.m.:
North Carolina Republican Senator Richard Burr, who signed Cornyn’s letter to Panetta demanding better voter assistance for the troops, told Whispers in an E-mailed statement:

"It is clear that the Department of Defense has failed to establish on-base voter assistance programs, as Congress required. I am hopeful they will reassess their efforts and make voting among our service members a priority in an election year."
